Aaron Bauer began his dance training at the National Ballet Company in Crofton, Maryland where he studied the Cecchetti ballet method for 7 years. After dancing at National Ballet Co. he went on to dance with Pittsburgh Youth Ballet. While at PYB he got the opportunity to dance in George Balanchine's Western Symphony and Harlequinade. He then spent 2 years at The Rock School for Dance Education before coming to Ballet Theatre of Maryland as an apprentice. In his second season with Ballet Theatre of Maryland he got to have the pleasure of dancing his favorite role to date, Puck from A Midsummer Nights Dream. This is his fourth season with Ballet Theatre of Maryland.
