Elizabeth Fittro is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio where she trained with the Otto M. Budig Academy of Cincinnati Ballet. She graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a degree in Ballet Performance and Political Science. While at IU, she performed roles in Antony Tudor’s Lilac Garden, Twyla Tharp’s Noir and Balanchine’s Rubies and Who Cares? Elizabeth joined Nashville Ballet’s Second Company where she performed in Main Company shows and community outreaches. After joining BTM in 2012, Elizabeth has been featured as a soloist in Antony Tudor’s Continuo; a Cygnet and the Italian Princess in Swan Lake; the Emerald Fairy in Sleeping Beauty; and Clara in The Nutcracker.
