To create a work of art it takes some key elements...
years of training, endless hours of practice and some very expensive footwear.
The costs of producing a ballet are surprising. Dancers work for minimal compensation and most dancers work multiple jobs to survive. A love of the art may feed their spirit, but they still need to eat, pay the rent, and buy dance supplies.
An Adopt-a-Dancer sponsor can help keep dancers “in the pink” by offsetting some of the expenses of performing. The beauty of the ballet is a cultural gift for our state; a financial gift from you can help sustain this lovely art form. All donations are tax deductible and every penny goes directly to the dancers.
