Close to noon on a cold and damp March 24th 2015, Ballet Theatre of Maryland dancers danced outside on Lawyers' Mall, near the State Capitol to draw attention to National Arts Advocacy Day. The following "Ten Reasons to Support the Arts" from Americans for the Arts sums up why the arts and arts funding are essential to our nation, our state, and our communities.
