Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled. Please call 410-224-5644 for information on exchanging tickets.
In the event that we must cancel a performance, we will contact ticket holders via email regarding refund procedures. Updated information about accommodations for inclement weather will be posted on our website when applicable. Patrons will also have the option to donate the ticket price to Ballet Theatre of Maryland.
Please check the start time for performances. We will allow late seating during a pause or break in the performance to prevent deference to the viewing please of other audience members.
The photographing, video and/or sound recording of the performance without the prior written permission of BTM management is prohibited, as is the use of phones or any other electronic device during the performance.
